We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. We had asked for our room to be decorated as a surprise for my wife, and the team did an amazing job. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming, thanks to the friendly lady who assisted us. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to Paddington Train Station and Hyde Park. We found some great restaurant choices nearby, and even walked to the Natural History Museum without any difficulty. The bed in our room was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the basic tea and coffee facilities, as well as the small fridge and safe available for our use.
We highly recommend this hotel to others. The location, service, and room amenities provided enhanced comfort and quality throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with good transport links nearby and a train station right next door. In the evening, we had plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, making it easy to find somewhere to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice spacious bathroom and a large shower. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there were modern facilities available, such as a fridge, TV, kettle, and hairdryer.
One negative aspect was that the windows in the old building were slightly drafty, but this was mitigated by the presence of nets and thick curtains to help keep the cold out.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being right next to a station and close to good transport options. We were able to easily visit the Natural History Museum and find restaurants nearby in the evening.
